Bear Cleaning Ltd employs a specialist soft wash process using chemicals to remove stubborn algae and dirt staining on buildings. An array of colours, including black, green and red, can often appear on areas of painted and rendered buildings, which look unsightly.

Generally, this is caused by algae and general dirt from the surrounding environment. Soft-wash can be considerably more cost effective than repainting as the use of scaffolding is not required. It also takes significantly less time to undertake, therefore additional savings are made.
